Scheduled Refresh Failure - The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable.

We have numerous report which have schedule refresh enabled at different times in the day. Recently, these reports have failed to refresh due to the following error: 

I've republished all datasets to see if that would resolve the issue, however it didn't. 

Do you know what the cause of this issue is and how it can be resolved?

Hi @ad6492 ,

Please save and close the file when the scheduled refresh is running. And make sure the path of the file is configured right on power bi serveice. I suggest you set the refresh time at a more free time, such as after work hours. Avoid unreadable files because they are occupied.

From the error it is saying that either the file or directory is either corrupted or unreadable because it cannot be read via the gateway.

If you can make sure that the gateway can access and read the file.
