Scheduled Refresh Error

Hello everyone,

I have given scheduled refresh for one of my data sources. My dataset has 65 lakhs of record. The refresh fails once in ten days and taking longer time to show the status. But when I give on demand refresh, the refresh completed within 15mins. I have Attached the screenshot of my error message.

Hi it specify that the source is sending a timeout. That means that your source can't reply with the data at that time. Due to the fact that you can refresh it manually later can mean that 10am it's not a good time for refreshin because there might be other processes on the source that keep them busy to answer with your data. If you have a an IT or DBA, you can ask about the processing at that time for the source to understand when it's the best time to refresh your data in order to avoid the "timeout".

I hope that helps,
