Hi all, I'm currently trying to schedule refresh in PowerBI online but I'm getting an error. I've tried other solutions like turning off encryption and things of the sort, but it hasn't worked. I've attached an image of the error below.
Hi @ecodata512
This error message is usually related to a data source connection timeout, check the following:
1. Check that the gateway is installed and working properly
2. Ensure that the Amazon Redshift data source is configured correctly, including the server address, port, database name, and credentials.
3. Check your firewall settings: Make sure your firewall is not blocking PowerBI from accessing Amazon Redshift.

Don't you need a gateway for this?
