Same Visualizations, Different Data, Every User

Is it possible to have one set of visualizations on a web app that every user is able to use/see, but the actual data that populates them will be specific to the user? i.e. same graphs, different data, for everyone.

In your scenario, you an use Row-level security (RLS) with Power BI.
