Salesforce Objects connection

Hello,

 

So we had connection to Salesforce Objects (Accounts, Opportunity and etc.) created an updating every 4 hours for few reports. 

We were using the standard login to Production via PowerBI but as Salesforce is making all their clients use My Domain (which is something they will push to everything by September 10, 2021) so our company had created our My Domain. But now the PowerBI reports are not updating and we are getting error "Access to the resource is forbidden". I have also tried to login via the custom URL (MyDomainName.my.salesforce.com) but get the same error. 

 

What can we do to get this working again?

Could you please check if your license to Salesforce reach the quota limit? Please refer to the similar thread: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Desktop/Can-t-connect-to-Salesforce-Objects/td-p/809152

 

And please ask your Salesforce Admin to enable API Access for you.

This was due to us hitting our API Usage Limit with Salesforce. Once we reached below our limit it started to work again. Thanks.
