Row-Level Security

I have a question about the Row-Level Security
I do not want to enter every email address. Instead, I want to use groups but the function is not working.

 

1. How can I create groups for the RLS?

2. How can I use these groups?

@Anonymous The groups are either AD security or distribution lists.
