Row Level Security External Sharing

Hi guys

I'm playing around with using RLS to share a report with different external customers.

The current process requires me to invite the guest user to the dashboard, and also add them to the role.

This means there is a risk we could forget to add them to the role, and so expose all customer data.

Is there a way to not have to invite the guest user to the dashboard? Or somehow not show any data if a role has not been assigned?

Thanks

Hi there

If the user is not added to the role, when they log in they will not see ANY data.
