Permissions needed to access Power BI Service
Hello...
I have users who are contractors which need to access the Power BI Service. It is my understaning all they need is an Active Directory account and a company email. Does the company email need to be published to O365?

They simply need an Azure Active Directory account.
This account will appear to have an email address, but that email does not have to have an Exchange License.
