Retrieving Reports from Personal Workspaces

I need to retrieve the reports form a user's Personal Workspace.  I have found no way to do this in the Admin Portal.  I can see what's in the Workspace, but cannt access it or retrieve the pbix files.  It seems like a miss that Admin cannot get to all rpeorts in the system.

As far as I know this is not currently possible from the Admin Portal.

I always suggest to people to not use or share reports from "My Workspace"

I always suggest the same thing, but that doesn't mean users don't do it... then leave. 😞
