Retrieving Reports from Personal Workspaces

As far as I know this is not currently possible from the Admin Portal.

I always suggest to people to not use or share reports from "My Workspace"

You could log a support ticket to see if they can assist here: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/pro/
