Report working on Mobile App but not in Browser

I have created two reports using Power BI desktop and uploaded the report on Power BI service workspace. I have linked the reports using Hyperlinks. For me reports are working both on Mobile App and Browser both. For my teammates it's working on Mobile App but not on browser. Any help will be really appreciated

Hi @Anonymous ,

Please check if your teammates' browsers are inside these:

  • Microsoft Edge
  • Internet Explorer 11. Some advanced features, such as lineage view, aren't supported in Internet Explorer.
  • Chrome desktop latest version
  • Safari Mac latest version
  • Firefox desktop latest version. Firefox may change the fonts used in Power BI

For details, you can refer to this document: Supported browsers for Power BI.

If your teammates' browsers are all supported for Power BI, please clear browser cache and try it again.

Best Regards,

Icey
