Report share via Link limit

Hi everyone, 

Looks like we have hit the limit of the number of users with whom report can be shared via the SAME link.

The report is in Premium Capacity workspace. 

When shared with 95+ people, the "save" button on the link is greyed out. 

Is it really the limit on the number of people or the problem is sonewhere else?

There is a known limitation.

At most, you can share with 100 users or groups in a single share action.

Here are some suggestions:

• Share multiple times by specifying the users individually.
• Share with a user group that contains all the users.
• Create the report or dashboard in a workspace, then create an app from the workspace. You can share the app with many more people. Read more aboutpublishing apps in Power BI.
  

You've mixed up the concept of app. The app here is the function designed to package the content in the service and distribute it widely.
