I noticed the data for my report changing throughout the course of the day and found that the change only occurred while the dataset was being refreshed. Before and after a refresh, the data was as expected, but during the refresh it would change to what looked like an older version of the dataset. I've seen this occur on multiple datasets/reports now.
These reports are being hosted on app.powerbi.com and are connected to a Power BI dataset through a Live Connection.
Has anyone seen this before? If so, what temporary data is used during a refresh and can that be edited?

I haven't observed this behavior or come across such issues. However, if you contact Power Support through your Power BI admin portal, you should get the right answer.
