Report changes in Desktop do not appear in workspace

Hi all,

If I add a page in my report in Power BI Desktop, nothing happens in workspace. If the underlying data changes and I update the dataset in workspace, all the visuals adapt to the new data but the new page in Power BI Desktop still doesn't appear in my workspace. How do I update the report itself?

Hi@Mdobbels， 

If the report is published to the Power BI Service after the data refresh or manual refresh is configured, the report will be updated if it is modified on the Power BI Service.
If the report is published to Power BI service and then modified on the Power BI desktop (such as adding a report page, adding a new visual, etc.), the report on the Service will not be updated, in which case you can only choose to republish to the Power BI service.

I assume you already re-published the report to the workspace?
