Report builder showing paginated report is not found when overwriting file saved in workspace folder

I think this is more of a bug but when I overwrite a paginated report that I've moved to a workspace folder, it returns a DuplicatePackageNotFoundError.

Current workaround is to move the paginated report back to the root folder and then move it back to the workspace folder. Version is 15.7.1806.11
