Report Server instance with the same key

I want to get subscription of Power BI Premium. I want to know if we can install multiples instances of Report Server with the same key?

As far as I am aware you can only install it on one instance

I read in the license terms that I can install instance as you need. But this instance will use then number of cores of de Premium subscription can. Is this correct?
