Report Metrics

When I go to my report metrics for a specific report, I can not see everyone who has accessed it. I know people have looked at the report, however they are not showing up in the report metrics. 

I have all my reports in Apps and I don't see that option in the Distribution Method filter. The options I have are: Blank, Sharing, Workspace. When I look at the Power BI documentation, they say there are three different methods and it includes views from the app.

Does anyone else have this problem or could help me?

All of the Power BI Admin settings are turned on.

I have tested in my workspace and it works well.
