Can somebody explain to me how is Service loading and reads data, and visuals once when someone opens the report/app?
What I mean by "how" is, does the internet connection has an impact on overall data load? Performance of your machine (what I don't think)? What is happening in the background when you click around and when you "wait" for your data to be loaded?
Example: I did a report in my company, published it, all good - after some days some of my colleagues are experiencing problems - really slow (we did a Teams meeting, which was a terrible load). On everyone's, another computer is fine, without big problems.
So we did an internet speed test, and of course, they had a slower Net than in the company or even by me at home.
That's actually what I would like to know, what is happening in the background in Service, and what can cause the issues that occurred in my (or my colleagues') case?
I am using Power BI PRO License
thanks in advance!

Hi @M1rzA_V
The data loading you mentioned belongs to interactive operations . It will receive a capacity impact . If the capacity is not enough, there may be the kind of situation you described. In addition , network latency can impact report performance by increasing the time required for requests to reach the Power BI service, and for responses to be delivered .
There can be a variety of reasons that affect data loading. I searched for some relevant documents, I hope it will help you .
