I have an account in my organization for which a call or message is requested above the password despite the fact I have disabled MFA for all the users. Can someone tell me how to remove this step?

once its configured it stay, I think you need to manually go over to the user in active directly and disable the already set configuration for that user, cause the multi factor overral in the tenant its like a policy doesnt directly change the configuration rahter force a policy.
