Remove Dataflow Access

Hi Everyone,

I'm starting to test dataflows for my company and I'm curious if there is a way to remove permissions from the dataflow after you've given someone access. I tried to remove workspace access and all I see is that they can still build off of it in desktop and can refresh anything they've already created unless I delete the whole data set. I want to see if it's a way I could shut off refresh if we need report developers to move to another source. Any info helps.
