I have a streaming dataset that has a timestamp field in it so I can filter out the latest group of records based on that time stamp. When using a streaming dataset I am very limited to using only the data there and I am not able to do any mesaure for MAX etc so I was going to go with the relative date filter and set to the last 5 minutes. That way if my script is running every 5 minutes you will only see the latest run. The problem is now that my local timestamp differs from whatever the service is using. I drag in the timestamp field to the page visual and i select relative and choose last 5 minutes but the service is showing me the last 5 minutes starting from 4+ hours into the future. Example if my local time is 11:45am and I set the relative filter to the last 5 minutes in my report the service is filtering any records that match 3:40PM to 3:45PM.
Is there anyway to fix this without adding +4 to my timestamps locally?
