Hi @abdulncr

For the duplicate records issue, it could be caused by the way you set up your RangeStart and RangeEnd parameters for the incremental refresh. You should make sure that they are not both inclusive, meaning that you should use either 'Date >=RangeStart and Date < RangeEnd' or 'Date >RangeStart and Date <=RangeEnd' as your filter condition. Otherwise, you will get duplicate rows for the boundary dates. For more details and examples, you can check this article:

For the power autoamte trigger not refreshing data issue, try the following steps

  • Check the Flow Configuration: Ensure that your Power Automate flow is set up correctly. It should be linked to the correct workspace and dataset in Power BI.
  • Permissions: Make sure the account used in Power Automate has the necessary permissions to trigger a refresh in the Power BI dataset.
  • Flow Actions: Confirm that the flow actions in Power Automate are correctly configured to refresh the dataset and not just trigger an alert or another action.
  • Power Automate Logs: Review the run history and logs of the Power Automate flow to see if there are any errors or issues that could be preventing the refresh.
