Missing data when exporting excel using summarized data

I have a report that displays data for multiple companies. If I filter by dates, I see the data for companies A, B, C and D in visualisation. However, when I export the data, I only see rows for companies A and C. If I filter additionally by company A I get all data for company A. If I filter additionally by company B, I get empty excel.

Number of rows is under 30, so the limit is not the problem.

I get exact same behaviour in desktop application. I checked the database also, and the data that is not being exported, exists in the database.

I saw numerous similar questions, but no clear answer so far.

ower BI report designers control the types of data export options that are available for their consumers. The choices are:

• Allow end users to export summarized data from the Power BI service or Power BI Report Server.

• Allow end users to export both summarized and underlying data from the service or Report Server.

• Don't allow end users to export any data from the service or Report Server.

Please pay attention to limitations.
