Refresh times

why do some of our reports allow for hourly refreshes and some do not.

The screenshot on the left is for Direct Query and is referring to Dashboard tiles based on a direct query dataset. 

The screenshot on the right is for Import Mode.

We have a power bi gateway installed.. Some of the reports attached to it allow for hourly refreshes, while others can only select daily or weekly... Same database, same gateway

Ok. Is one of the reports in Import mode and another in Direct Query mode?

some are import and some are direct..

Hi @mmowrey ,

 Are you asking why you can't set up a scheduled refresh? Depending on the data source, you may need to install a Power BI Gateway.
