Hello, I was hoping someone could help.
I have a published dashboard with 40 tables in. One of these tables is fed by SharePoint. There is a Powerapp embedded which changes the SharePoint list. I know you can use flow to trigger a refresh when SharePoint is updated. Is it possible to refresh just this table everytime SharePoint is updated, and not the other 39 tables?
Thank you for any help
Hi. Well it depends on the license. You won't be able to do it with a PRO user, but you can with capacity (included ppu). Pro shared capacity will only let you refresh 8 times a day and can't refresh a single table while a dedicated capacity can refresh N times with API and a single table with Enhaced Refresh. More info about enhaced here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/asynchronous-refresh
I hope that helps,
Happy to help!
@ibarrau Thank you for taking the time to reply. I have premium . That link looks quite advanced for me, but I appreicate your respone.
Hi. Ok, the premium will let you refresh N times with a Flow. The regular action box for refreshing at power bi will refresh the 40 tables. That why I have sent the other link, you might need to request a post from the Flow with the doc I have sent.
I hope you can make it.
