Refresh failing in Power Bi Services but working in desktop version with out any issue

I scheduled a refresh for my dashboard in power bi services but the refresh fails and I get the following error below. Can anyone help me understand what is going on and how to fix it?

Hi @dw700d Does the user used in the Gateway Connection have access to all the tables in the dataset?

Hi @dw700d ,

Please try below steps:

1. Make sure your data source still exists and no change in credentials

2. Make sure the firewall has no restrictions

3. Update or restart the gataway ,or restart the machine that host the gateway
