Refresh error

My dataset is getting a refresh error:

The source is coming from a Jira data connector and has several Merge Queries in it and privacy level is organizational, any ideas ?

I am wondering about this table: IssueSprintsFinalRecordsToLoadforEOS    Is there something special or something recently changed about that table?  If the data is inside your firewall is the gateway and data source set up to get to that table?

The issue was the credentials being used, the password had been changed and thus had to be changed within the gateway as well.
