Refresh error with dataflows

Several dataflows that have been successfully refreshing for the last month are now erroring out on refresh (on-demand and scheduled).

This is an on-prem source;  local .pbix files running the same scripts work fine, the dataflow also can refresh fine within itself, and all my other .pbix files in the service are refreshing.

My error:  

Error: An internal error occurred... RootActivityId = b4466dee-885d-4931-bfde-d69f2c925126.Param1 = An item with the same key has already been added. Request ID: 55aaa101-ddc6-8411-c899-99f26803ac29.

Hi @jasonlosser ,

Can you please provide more detailed information to help us clarify your scenario?(e.g. data source type, connection mode, data region your datasource host, detail error messages, gateway status...)
