Hi!
We're extracting data from mostly MS Dynamics (odata) and Sharepoint (csv). These are 20 different dataflows, scheduled to be refreshed 08:00 - 10:00 - 12:00 - 14:00 - 16:00. (using Power BI Pro)
Unfortunately since a day or two we're experiencing issues with refreshing exceeding the 2 hour limit (normally takes about 5-20 min). This morning I also noticed this error in one of the dataflows:
Error: Refresh limit exceeded. The up do date limit on concurrent refreshes can be found here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-query/power-query-online-limits. Please change the dataflow refresh schedule or upgrade your workspace to Premium capacity and try again.
Is there anyone who can hint us in the right direction for the solution so we can rely on having frequent refreshed data?
Thanks in advance 🙂
Solved! Go to Solution.
It seems you are hitting Concurrent Evaluations as mentioned Power Query Online Usage Limits | Microsoft Docs
Try below
1. As it is not taking lot of time so implemnet incremental refresh to reduce the refresh time so you concurrent refresh count will goes down
2. Scheduling some dataflows to other time
If this post helps, then please consider Accept it as the solution and give it a thumbs up

Good afternoon!
When I see this type of feedback, it makes me want to go to Google or Amazon...
Things were working perfectly throughout the year, but from one day to the next (without any adjustments to the processes), several Refresh errors started to appear with a strange justification!!!
We had this problem in the past in September 2023 and MSFT fixed it somehow, as the problem was in the European DATACENTER. 😭

@arvindsingh802 Thanks for your reply.
Currently some dataflows are still running (already tried to cancel, but this didn't do anything). As soon as they've failed i will try to refresh them one after the other.
However! I find it strange that we haven't experienced this issue before, since we haven't changed anyting in the amount of dataflows or scheduled refresh.
Thanks again, keep you updated.
