We created a Microsoft Support Ticket. The Microsoft Support team adviced us to reschedule the refreshments before 7:00 AM because we had too many loads between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM.

We created a Microsoft Support Ticket. The Microsoft Support team adviced us to reschedule the refreshments before 7:00 AM because we had too many loads between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM.

What is your data source? Have you checked your data source and gateway work fine?

Maybe query is timeout, you can refer this document about scheduled refresh: Scheduled refresh timeout
