Refresh button missing on PowerBI web

For all the reports on our workspaces on the powerbi web version - the refresh button under "view dataset" has disappeared. The web browser is updated to the latest version and I am the owner of the datasets. Any ideas why this may have happened and solutions? Thanks! 🙂
