Refresh Issue

I have a series of reports that are currently refreshing fine Monday - Friday, but when its the weekend, we get a data refresh message saying that the last refresh attempt failed because of an internal service error. This is usually a transient issue. 

This happens every weekend without fail. Is there any way to resolve this?

Hi @Anonymous, if you're sure this is not caused by any outages on your side (gateway, data source), I would open a support ticket.
