Refresh History Log

Hi all,

is there a way to have log of all of my dataset in one place? (prefer in some kind of file and not in power bi service).

Maybe audit log will be suitable for your requirement:

Using auditing within your organization

If you mean log history data, current power bi not contains these feature.

 there are few log regarding the "gateway" or "refresh" but non of them is related to fail/succees refresh.

For gateway refresh, it will auto log at local, please refer to below link to find out local path of gateway operation log.
