We have a dashboard that users are using on the PBI Service where they are getting errors saying that "We can't load the content of this file. Please delete it and try repinning."
This is only happening for some users. When I go into this dashboard I get no error messages at all. The datasource is using a Direct Query back to a SSAS Tabukar model.
I have seen suggestions to add more resources to the data source, Optimize the DirectQuery data source, and reduce the number of tiles that need to be refreshed during the data refresh process. However, why is this only happening for some users an not all if it's a resource issue?

I'd like to know some detail information about this issue, can you please do some external test to help us ensure if the issue appears on specific users for particular devices?
If appear on user, I'd like to suggest you to contact to tenant admin to double check their settings.
If occurred on devices, you need to check on devices and try to fix its soft environment and device settings.
