Dear all,
I have a power bi pro lisence ,
I made a report on 19th Aug and published it into a workspace which i made .
My data source is from Sharepoint folder , everyday 4 files (excel files) are pushed using Microsoft flow in sharepoint .
Each file size is not exceeding 400KB.
Except the first file which was 2MB large .
Now all of sudden scheduled refresh started failing and when i downloaded it gave some memory error .
Not enough memory to complete this operation .
Now i deleted the biggest file of 2MB and its working again !!!
Can anyone tell why this memory thing is creating an issue ???
according to my knowledge about 10GB of data set can be stored in workspace of power BI service?
Please help

Solved! Go to Solution.
@Sujit_Thakur - Go to File | Options & Settings | Options and in Data Load, turn off auto time intelligence or whatever the setting is called. Here it is, uncheck that: Also, maybe under CURRENT FILE | Data Load as well since you have an existing file. The refresh your data.
Dear @Greg_Deckler sir ,
My Pbix is 4.5MB .
and thanks for your so prompt response and kind help🙌
Thank you very much!!
I am happy to tell you that i solved it !!!!!!
I just reduced some calculated columns , used star-type model and removed unused rows .
Thank you so much again !!!

@Sujit_Thakur - Well, Pro has a limit of 1 GB dataset size. I suppose it depends on how many files, but doesn't seem like you should be hitting that limit. One thing that I have found that blows up data models are date tables. Especially if you have the automatic date hierarchy stuff turned on.
Yes @Greg_Deckler sir ,
I do have Some date columns in my data table .And they also have automatically generated in date hierarchy
So should I delete those hierarchy and try ?
@Sujit_Thakur - Go to File | Options & Settings | Options and in Data Load, turn off auto time intelligence or whatever the setting is called. Here it is, uncheck that: Also, maybe under CURRENT FILE | Data Load as well since you have an existing file. The refresh your data.
Dear @Greg_Deckler
I unchecked that box
But still it failed .😓
Please suggest further what should I do .
Request to help .

@Sujit_Thakur - Great to hear! That's suprising that you were having those problems but everything you did is always good stuff to do.
