Hi all,
I was wondering if it was possible to customize the format of the mails you receive when a dataset refresh fails.
I'm trying to use Power Automate to automate the relaunch of failed refreshes, but I don't have the sufficient Workspace + Dataset information in the mail to extract it.
Do you have an idea on how I could customize notification mails to have that info more easily accessible ? Or if it's possible to extract it in Power Automate from the standard mail template ?
Kindly,
Nossair

Hi @Anonymous
We dont have control to modify the email template that we receive as part of dataset refresh failure. If you use Power Automate, you can customize the flow to get the email with detailed information using the Power BI REST API.
Thanks
Hari
