REST API Dataflow Refreshs email notification notifications not generated

Hi All,

I need to schedule several dataflow refreshs and a dataset refresh once the dataflow refreshs are done.

To do so I use a Microsoft Power Automate Flow.

I have prepared a custom connector to launh the dataflow refreshs.

But i was not able to generate a notification using the instruction (POST https://api.powerbi.com/v1.0/myorg/groups/{groupId}/dataflows/{dataflowId}/refreshes) even though the online help describes that it is possible  https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/power-bi/dataflows/refreshdataflow

My attempts include tests on the REST API Try it page https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/power-bi/dataflows/refreshdataflow#code-try-0

Does anyone have a solution to generate these notifications or is there a bug in the REST API?
