Hi folks;
I was asked to find one specific report today from one of the workspaces in my organization. The issue is i have access to many workspaces but i couldn't remember in which workspace this report is in. I basically clicked in each possible workspace and went through/search if this report is inside it.
Would there be a quick way to find it somewhere? the 'search' under the 'Workspace' is unfortunately not for reports..

That's a question for your tenant/capacity admin. They may have disabled that discovery option.
Hi @MasonMA ,
This is probably due to Admin restricting your content discoverability option as earlier pointed by @lbendlin .
Can you please check with your admin if under Power BI Admin Portal > Tenant Settings this option is enabled?
Additionally, you might want to check out the limitations
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/consumer/end-user-search-sort
Hope this helps!

HI, Thanks, under the global search at my workplace's Power BI home page, there is only option to search the latest reports that was opened by me recently, not all the reports in those workspaces where i'm a member of. Maybe there is limitations here.
Hi @MasonMA ,
There might be some access issue which you can verify with your admin.
Once that is set, you will be able discover the reports.
Hope this helps!
Hi @MasonMA ,
You can try a global search which is at the top and search for the report name.
It will throw you a list of report along with workspace name so that you can locate on which workspace the report falls.
Hope this helps!
If the response has addressed your query, please accept it as a solution so that other members can easily find it.
Thank you.
