Query Parameters on Default

Hello, i want to set a filter parameter in a report on powerbi desktop and then controlling its behavior when publishing the report to Power BI Service. More precisely, I would like to set it to default in order to bring all my data to the Service and to work only with part of the data locally. Till now i could do it only if i entered the filter manualy

Can this filter have a way to be set on Default or somehow to unfiltred this
