We have a report in Power BI premium capacity. There is no problem in renewing the report. When the data is refreshed in the report, the visuals and data set on the report are not updated automatically.
The report about the summary is kept open in the browser, but the data of this report is not refreshed. The latest data of the report open in the browser does not automatically refresh. The previous values remain. We did not have such a problem before.
How can solve this? Thanks.
It seems your opended report is cached.
Did you tried to reload the web page (your opened report) or to refresh visuals after loading new data.
There is a "refresh visuals" button on the report page
When I refresh the page manually in the browser, the current data of the report comes. When the report is tried on different browsers and computers, although the data is updated, the data in the browser remains the same as when it was first opened, it does not update automatically.
I think it works as designed.
I guess you dataset is in import mode, not in live connection or DQ.

Thanks a lot for your answer. Actually, I want to ask one more thing. If a report has data in the background and the report is updated when I refresh it manually, can I update automatically in the browser? In other words, does the auto-refresh feature on the desktop also apply to the report I open from the browser?
