Hello!
I am facing an automatic update problem in PowerBI services.
I have the free trial of Fabric and until then my reports updated normally by consulting the query cache. However, it's been a week since the updates no longer consult the query cache, and I couldn't understand why, since it is enabled and the license is ok. Can you help me?

The data and query cache phases are independent of each other but run in sequence. The data refresh run first, and when that succeeds, the query cache refresh runs (You could check out the first image you posted).
From the second image, it shows us the data refresh failed, so query refresh will not be initiated.
Please always ensure that basic requirements for refresh are met and verified:
If the report has two or more different sources, we recommend troubleshooting the following:
You could select the Mostrar link beside a failure to get more information about the failed refresh attempt, which help us with troubleshotting the issue.

Thanks for the answer! I tested the update with two other accounts and they worked, it is specifically with this account that the cache stopped working.
