Published report not using updated data after refresh

Hi all,

I have published a report to the web which I'm wanting to update with the most up-to-date data on an hourly basis. I've configured this to happen using the update scheduler, however the report never updates to display the current data after a scheduled refresh or a manual refresh. Any idea why?

Also as a sidebar - my scheduled refreshes are never on time and after I delete a published report it is still accessable via the sharable link. Unsure if these issues are related to this issue.

@danielhumphreys You need to troubleshoot why it doesn't update after schedule refresh. As a test try clicking Refresh manually and see to ensure there is no connectivity issues.
