Embed issue with stacked area chart

I have a stacked area chart that looks perfect in Power BI. However, when I use Publish to web and get the embed and email link these does not display my chart in a proper way. The Power bi app loads ok, it's just that the are chart doesn't display. ANyone experienced this?

@matt_s are you embedding publish to web link anywhere? if yes have you got correct resolution specified. even when you publish to web you also have option to specify resolution which i belive is either 680x510 or 800x600 or 933x700.
