After confirming ownership of the domain, I was logged out of my account, and then when I tried to log in again, they began to ask for a code from the application on my phone. Neither I nor my colleagues, as they say, installed this code. This account is a domain administrator and we can't access it. We reset the password, it changes successfully, but two-factor authentication remains, while the service does not offer other ways to enter. What options are there to reset the code and get into the account? How else can you contact support?
Hi @VasevAV
If you have a network admin I would contact them. It sounds someone has enabled multi-factor authentication and you need to chat to them to help you.
We have the only account with administrator rights, we used it together, just for this we needed to confirm ownership of the domain in order to create more accounts. But after making a TXT record, the account logged out. I also think that this is a coincidence and someone turned on two-factor authentication earlier, but no one confirms this) What should I do now? I have access to domain management, I would use the option to untie it from powerbi and bind it on a new one, but how?
