Problem with data refresh

I have a problem with data refresh coming from a public web source

http://www3.istat.it/strumenti/definizioni/ateco/ateco.xml

No problem with powerbi desktop. The problem appears with PowerBi service.

Hi Massu4,

Please click edit credential -> sign in your credential again, if success, click dataset  -> refresh now. Then wait about 30 minutes refresh dataset again to see if the credential is kept.

It is a public website with no registration required.

I noticed that the problem appears only in a working area connected to an app. If I upload the report in another working area, it works seamlessy
