Prescriptive analytics using Power BI or AZURE API's

Can anyone advise if we can use Power BI for prescriptive analytics if not if there is any way AZURE API can do the same and then output can be integrated into Power BI ?

We need to make our plateform smart which gives prescription and advises based on data as per our understanidng it's part of prescriptive analytics , can we achive the same in Power BI using AZURE API's or any other way ?
