Hello everyone!
I used to connect Snowflake to Powerbi using the Snowflake option. Now, it's disabled because of company policies, but when I try to connect using my Microsoft Account, it shows the following error:
We verified that SSO for Snowflake connection is enabled, but I don't know what else to do. Any help is appreciated!
there are a few ways this can be disabled at the organisation level. The error seems to suggest it the microsoft account is no longer accepted on the snowflake side. SSO generates tokens for different platforms and manages the associated sessions, meaning it could be different when you connect via the Micorosft PBI app.
Thanks. I saw I must create a permission table on the snowflake side, right? Do you know how I should configure these parameters?
sorry, haven't worked on the snowflake side, not sure what permission configuration will be required. you might need to hunt down the person that looks after it in your org.
