Hello,
I have 1 report connected to an redshift.
I can refresh it without problem from the desktop version (about 30min).
This report is published into a workspace. Until recently it was refreshed automatically via a gateway.
But it's not working anymore. I hget this timeout error message.
We checked the gateway. It connects withtour problem to the server, and I can schedule my refresh online on the datset.
Credentials used are the same that in the desktop version where the refresh works.
Firewall rules have been checked too. No blocked flows.
It seems that the gateway is accessing the database but then is not able to get the data.
After 5 ou 6 hours it stopped with a timeout. Let me know what could be the reason. Workspace is in premium
The premium capcity health check was fine and there are no issues with workspace .Will there be a problem with redshift not able to process in parallel the views .each view is having 5 million or 10 million rows ?

It's getting timeout as any refresh in premium workspace gets timed out in 6 hours ( for standard workspace it's 2 hours)
Please check your premium capacity health to confirm if this dataset is not struggling for resources and getting timeout due to long wait
