PowerBI service client received error HTTP response. HttpStatus: 400. PowerBIErrorCode: QueryUserErr

 Hi All,

I have published one report in the Premium workspace but I get this error when i try to open the report: error.PNG

But when I chnage the workspace settings from premium to pro workspace the report starts working and I do not get error. Could someone help out as why I am getting this issue in a premium workspace although it works fine in a Pro. I am using Premium gen 2 capacity. I tried switching capacity back and that also did not gave any uselful result. Any help would be appreciated.

Regards.

i resolved this issue by unchecking 'skip test connection' in 'data sources' in 'manage gateways and connections'.

Hi @Anonymous

From what you are showing here it looks like it could be an issue with something on the premium capacity. I would suggest logging a ticket as there is nothing we could do to assist you?

Do you have OLS security set up? I got the same error and I realized that the user who got this error was registered in 2 different roles. One of them lets to see some columns however the other one blocks these columns.

I hope this message helps you to solve your issue
