Código de error subyacente: -2147467259
Mensaje de error subyacente: File or Folder: No se encuentra la carpeta 'X:\User\Folder\Subfolder\SALES\*'.
DM_ErrorDetailNameCode_UnderlyingHResult: -2147467259
Microsoft.Data.Mashup.ValueError.Detail: X:\User\Folder\Subfolder\SALES\
Microsoft.Data.Mashup.ValueError.Reason: DataSource.NotFound
My folder looks like:
I have configured on premises gateway (it is working with other datasources) and connection credentials are OK.

Hi , @Anonymous
According to your description, did you work properly when using your personal gateway? Crashed when using the local network gateway.
First, there is no difference between a local network gateway and a personal gateway for connecting on-premises datasets, and you want to make sure that the gateway installation locations are the same.
Second, if you choose to connect to a folder on Power BI Desktop, "Read folder with multiple files" does not cause the gateway configuration error: The data source path could not be found.
Your test results link a single file correctly, but the connection folder is incorrect.
For Folder data sources, the data gateway is also supported, and you can check whether your connection path in Power BI Desktop and your connection path in Power BI Service are consistent.

Hi, @Anonymous
Based on your error message, we can get that it seems that the gateway cannot find the data source in the corresponding path you configured and caused the error, so you can confirm whether your gateway is installed on the same computer as the data source. If yes, can you confirm that logging in to your computer operating system with the same Windows credentials can go to the data source path configured in the gateway data source in filer explorer and access the corresponding file/folder?

Hi,
the gateway is configured in a server, I have tried refresh my data with personal gateway and it works but when I use local gateway it crashs. This issue is a litle confusing because I have others .pibx and they are working propperly connecting to my server (the server is connected in local network and my pc is in the same network).
It reachs separated files no folder...Maybe is it the problem? read a folder with multiple files?
Credentials are okey, I use the same credentials for a file and it works but doesn't work with a folder.
can go to the data source path configured in the gateway data source in filer explorer and access the corresponding file/folder?
Yes It works. This is the reason why I don't understand what fails....
Any suggestion?
